The Olympia-Wafula Foundation is a charitable organisation dedicated to providing healthy living solutions for disabled and disadvantaged people. We also support their carers by providing a network of support opportunities. Through projects like the ‘We Care Group‘ that brings together family, friends, and carers with outdoor activities, special events, motivational speakers and coffee mornings in Harlow. In addition to that, we help to improve future prospects for disadvantaged children by means of our ‘Educate a Child‘ program in Africa.
We aim to improve the quality of life for others, regardless of age, ethnicity, or religious background.
Healthy living solutions for disabled and disadvantaged
We would like to thank all our supporters who made it possible for us to make a difference and bring hope to so many young people, their families and communities. Kind words create confidence, kindness in giving creates love. Our targets are measurable and in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
- To increase disability awareness through our advocacy programmes (Integration in society & equal opportunities for all to alleviate inequality & discrimination due to disability).
- To increase the number of custom-made wheelchairs to recipients in Nepal, Kenya, Malawi & Swaziland.
- To increase the number of education scholarships (Quality inclusive education). No one should be excluded from education just because they have a ‘disability’.
